Halloween Party with Meeting Places and Darwen Youth Zone
Friday 30th October saw Meeting Places and Darwen Youth Zone team up once again to host a brilliant Halloween Party for the young people of Darwen.

The event was a real success and all of the young people had a fantastic time, getting involved with activities such as pumpkin carving, arts and craft and a Halloween themed disco. There was also a competition for the scariest dressed young person, and this years winners were the amazing brother sister combo Izzy and Zander, so well done to you guys! That said all the guys and girls looked fantastic and made such an effort.
The music room was absolutely popping, and as ever the young people were in full voice showing off there talents. Social distancing is such a new thing for all of us, but even with all of that happening the young people never let it get them down, they are real stars.
We would like to thank all of the staff from Youth Zone who were absolutely brilliant. They play such an important role in improving the young peoples social skills and emotional development, and we couldn’t do it without them.
